Full Class Descriptions

Spine Rinse: Who's feeling extra sedentary these days? I definitely am. This 50 minute flow twists and turns the spine every which way to wake up every nook and cranny. Perfect for a day you just need to wring it out and create some space after lots of sitting in front of a computer.

Flow to Dancer Pose: In this one hour we create focus and clarity by opening the front line of our body including the chest, hip flexors, quads, and psoas. We strengthen and stabilize our shoulders in preparation to attempt full dancer pose. A yoga strap or a belt and 2 blocks would be useful for this class.

Hippy Flow: In this 45 minute class we get the Prana moving with some dancey hip opening sequences. We move all around the mat, flow through some creative sun salutes and we work our way into some deep hip openings. This might be one of my favorite sequences yet. Enjoy my friends!

Short and Sweet: A short well rounded flow to get you moving, breathing and stretching. We will move through a few flows to open the hips and the heart. A great way to start your day or to spend a quick break during a busy workday.

Q: What level are these classes?

A: If not specified in the description, Erica caters to all levels and offers modifications throughout each class. With that being said, her style is flow based and athletic, so they might be challenging and a little fast paced for absolute beginners.

Q: Once I purchased, how do I watch the classes?

A: You will receive a PDF in your email that includes a link to the class or class pack you purchased. Save that PDF to your computer and you can stream the classes from any device. There is also an option to download the class if you would like to watch offline.

Q: Where can I find the playlist for each class?

A: Once you connect to the Vimeo page where the class is hosted, you click the TITLE of the video where it has the full information about the class. There is a Spotify link included with a custom playlist for each class.

Q: What if I have questions on poses or alignment?
