Side Body Length and Strength: Length, strength and stability of the side body and core as we move through funky transitions and try to stay right in our center, in the present.

Koshas Flow: Tapping into our physical body to explore our inner energetic layers, as referred to as the koshas in Eastern traditions. Lots of legs, hips, side body and back bending to awaken the whole system.

Quick and Juicy: Twists- A short flow with lots and twists and turns to loosen up the spine.

Simple and Strong: No fancy poses or complex sequences here-- just simple (not easy) flows to build strength and steadiness. A sweet finisher with a well deserved pigeon pose and supported fish.

A: If not specified in the description, Erica caters to all levels and offers modifications throughout each class. With that being said, her style is flow based and athletic, so they might be challenging and a little fast paced for absolute beginners.

Q: Once I purchased, how do I watch the classes?
