This is the perfect class for a cold rainy day when you can set aside some real time to devote to yourself. In this creative 95 minute practice, we flow for an hour working hips, hamstrings, and balance. The peak pose is a fun transition into full vashistansana (side plank). After the flow, we slow it way down with a few long restorative postures. Light a candle, put on the playlist (below) and give yourself this gift of taking time for yourself.
Props needed: 2 blocks (or big books), yoga strap (or belt), throw blanket, and a bolster (or 2-3 fluffy pillows)
