HA-sun THA-moon. In hatha yoga (the physical practice) we are looking to balance those two energies by moving in two directions. We fire things up and then cool them down. We find both strength and softness. In this flow we connect to our core, legs and shoulders to ready us for handstand and wheel poses if you want to feed the fire. Just make sure not skip the cool down!

Q: What level are these classes?

A: If not specified in the description, Erica caters to all levels and offers modifications throughout each class. With that being said, her style is flow based and athletic, so they might be challenging and a little fast paced for absolute beginners.

Q: Once I purchased, how do I watch the classes?

A: You will receive a link to each class that will take you directly to a page where you can stream the class from any device. There is also an option to download the class. 

Q: What if I have questions on poses or alignment?

A: Forever! Once you buy it, it's yours to take as many times as you wish!
